Single-item pickup starts at $125, including loading, hauling, and standard disposal. That is a starting price, not a guaranteed price for every item. Larger loads are quoted based on volume, weight, stairs, access, distance, special handling, disposal requirements, and certain items with additional fees. Final pricing is confirmed before loading.
Do I need to move everything outside?
Leave heavy items where they are while requesting an estimate. Tell us where they are located, including stairs and tight doorways, so the removal plan can be reviewed.
Can you take furniture and appliances?
We offer furniture and appliance removal. List each item in your request; some appliances need special handling and individual acceptance confirmation.
Can you clean out a garage or basement?
We offer garage and basement cleanouts. Photos of the contents and access route help us understand the scope. Set aside anything you want to keep.
What items can’t you take?
We cannot accept hazardous chemicals, gasoline or fuel, explosives, ammunition, biohazard or medical waste, certain paints or solvents, or materials that cannot safely or legally be transported or disposed of. Some items, including some batteries and appliances, may require special handling or additional disposal fees. Please describe unusual materials before pickup. Not sure about an item? Do you offer same-day pickups?
Availability must be confirmed for each request. Tell us your preferred date; a submitted request does not reserve a pickup.
Do you serve my area?
Our primary service area is Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Include the service ZIP in your request so we can confirm coverage for your address.
What happens to items after pickup?
Our disposal, donation, and recycling arrangements are being finalized. If the destination of a particular item matters to you, ask before agreeing to a pickup. We do not promise that every item can be donated or recycled.
