Resolve Junk Solutions was founded by Leo Afonso, a Lancaster County local and military service member. Leo currently serves in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. He brings an emphasis on clear communication, preparation, and personal responsibility to the company.

Leo’s technology and software background helps with the practical details: keeping requests organized and customers informed. Junk removal is hands-on work, but the details around it matter too: understanding the request, agreeing on a plan, and respecting the home you’ve been invited into.
